Post of Permanent Test Stations for Cities SKIP-G is aimed to manage and control the electrochemical protection devices, to measure differential and polarized potentials. Troubleshooting devices are connected to the post, this controls the parameters of the protected metallic underground facilities. The Station is installed on the manufacturing sites, at compressor, gas distribution stations, distribution stations, inhabited settlements at the level of asphalt roads. Design, Operating Conditions and SKIP-G models

SKIP-G body is iron casted and has a molded hinged cover. The cover is buried in the body, therefore the Stations can be installed in settlements at the asphalt road level. A flange at the body foot secures the position of the equipment in the soil. A plate-pillow EZK13 is used to install the Station in the soil. Installation terminals inside the body securely connect lead assemblies with the diameter of up to 6 mm² cables and cables with the diameter of up to 36 mm², provided they are equipped with cable shoes. The Post works perfectly well at the ambient temperature range -60°C – +50°C. Climatic category for the Post in the open air is UHL, Location Class is 1. SKIP-G has different configurations, clients’ needs are taken into account in its manufacturing. For example, abbreviation SKIP-G-3-0 means that this is a Route Post of Test Station with 3 measurement terminals.
